Thinking about creating a collection of fairy tales that feature POC/LGBTQ* people and don’t paint women as weak/useless (a la sleeping beauty).
I got the idea when talking to a friend who was at a loss of stories to tell younger siblings/kids they babysit that aren’t super problematic.
I’ll do what I can to post some of my own stuff (be warned, my prose kinda sucks :-P) but submissions would be much appreciated.
